This position ensures smooth seating flow, supports service operations and creates a warm, organized and welcoming environment from the moment guests arrive. What You’ll Do. Welcome guests and manage seating flow throughout service. Assign tables to support server rotation and service efficiency. Communicate guest needs and table status with service staff.
