First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm)Assist lead installers with garage door and garage door opener installations. Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and tools to and from job sites Prepare work areas and maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Safely operate hand and power tools. Remove and dispose of old garage doors, hardware, and construction debris. Follow company installation procedures and safety guidelines. Perform general labor duties as assigned Travel to out-of-town job sites when required. General Laborer/ Install Helper Qualifications:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to climb ladders and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team. Previous construction, installation, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and build a career.
