QA Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Inspect incoming materials for quality, damage, and code compliance
- Perform in-process inspections (framing, rough-ins, insulation, drywall, finishes)
- Verify compliance with IBC/IRC and state modular building codes
- Conduct final inspections and generate punch lists when needed
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation
- Work closely with production supervisors to resolve quality issues
QA Assistant Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, modular building, or related field inspection.
- Strong knowledge of IBC, IRC, and applicable state/local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- QA/QC certifications (ASQ, ICC, AWS, etc.).
- OSHA certification.
- Experience working with third-party inspection agencies.
- Knowledge of CAPA and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
